Three phones,
one platform.
2nm silicon,
built in-house.
Samsung Foundry manufactures at 2nm using gate-all-around transistors, and the Exynos 2600 in the S26 and S26+ is the first Galaxy processor built on that node. It delivers 12% more CPU performance and 25% better power efficiency than the 3nm generation before it.
How the Ultra
lost 0.3 mm
Four years of engineering: a battery redesigned twice, an antenna folded into the titanium frame, and eleven internal layouts before one worked without cutting a specification.
A display only
you can read.
A 6.9″ QHD+ AMOLED panel with a switchable Privacy Display, a 200MP wide-angle camera with 5× optical zoom, and 60W wired charging. The body is 0.3 mm thinner than last year at 214 grams, with the S Pen built in.

Common questions
The making
of thinner
Between the S25 Ultra and the S26 Ultra, three tenths of a millimetre left the body and nothing left the specification. This is what that cost.
The millimetre
Removing 0.3 mm meant finding that space across the battery, the antenna and the camera stack at the same time. The first eleven internal layouts each cost something measurable — capacity, signal strength or zoom range — before the twelfth worked.
“12 layouts before one cost us nothing.”
Building the Privacy Display
The Privacy Display started with a simple problem: phone screens are readable by everyone on a crowded train. Two years of panel engineering produced a switchable layer that narrows the viewing cone on demand, with its limitations published on the product page.
“Publish the limits in the same size type.”
The last removal
The shipping design has fewer seams, fewer setup prompts and a shorter path to the camera. The S Pen stayed inside the body; its Bluetooth remote-shutter and air-gesture features did not survive the power budget.
